Help with Fees

Can someone help understand the change in fees.

Sold a toy last night at £19.99 and fees come out to £3.67. Fees are 15% which would be £3 so what is the extra charge of 67p?

The extra 67p is Vat and Digital Service Tax

Since 1st August there is now VAT on ALL seller fees.

This is Roberto. I wanted to follow up here and acknowledge that @Seller_ZJhFeE3tNKzfh is correct on this, the difference you are observing can be attributed to the DST that is in place starting October 1, 2024.

For a detailed breakdown of the fees, you can access the Payment reports < Transaction view < Enter the order number = Click the total amount link in the report. This should show you the breakdown of fees.
