Buy shipping via EVRI. Tracking say delivered. Customer says no delivery
Hi All,
This has probably been answered before but I haven’t been able to find a solution to this question.
Sent parcel via buy shipping using EVRI. Tracking say item delivered but customer say they have not received parcel.
Spoke to EVRI they say speak to Amazon. Spoke to Amazon SS they say speak to EVRI.
Can someone here help please?

Seriously.
No one here to help? Is this how it is? Amazon blaming EVRI and Evri blaming Amazon.
Honestly, I need some help here

I gave up using Evri, lots of complaints and parcels not arriving. I use royal mail 24 and royal mail signed for now. Which up to the point of strike action was brill and will be again (hopefully)

Thanks for the reply.
With the absence of any advice I decided to refund the buyer as a new year gesture even though it said delivered. The evri tracking looked iffy. It didn’t follow the usual pattern it went from pick up from parcelshop directly to delivered, albeit in 12 days.
If I stuck to my guns and the buyer opened an a-z I suspected they would have sided with the buyer anyway
What the best way to deal with this situation, for next time?

Guess I’ll have to weigh between losing the item and getting no compensation when there is a non-delivery and protection on negative feedback for non-delivery.
Thanks all

Thanks for that.
I will give it a go next time. I’ll give buy shipping on evri one more chance. Will let you know the result when it happens.

I have successfully claimed from Evri for a lost item when I’ve purchased the label from Amazon. I only ever buy an Evri label on Amazon if Evri’s own site charges a higher surcharge such as for Northern Ireland.
I’ve also queried an item that showed as delivered but buyer claimed not received, again with label purchased on Amazon. They opened an investigation but when I sent a the buyer a “denial of receipt” form, I never heard from them again.
I’ve never been told I can’t claim and have found them helpful each time but I have pointed out each time that I have paid for the label and it is for me, the sender, to deal with it.
