Fix stranded inventory

I have stock without an offer (Fix stranded inventory), I want to put them back on sale but I haven't been able to. I contacted support several times but no response, I need your help. THANKS

Eventually you sent these units without FNSKU barcode.

If you "have stock without an offer" that means that you sent products to Amazon without having a matching listing in your "Manage Inventory". The system doesn't know what these products are.

Maybe you deleted the listing mistakenly. So, you relist again.

If you never created a listing for that specific product and sent in with a wrong FNSKU, you have to create a removal order and send the units back to you. In the meantime you CREATE a listing and put the correct FNSKU on all products. Then you create a shipping plan and send in again.
