Amazon Seller App Not Working

Keeps saying the following message:

“Failed to load data. Tap here to try again”.

I am sure it has something to do with my phone settings. I have unistalled and installed the app various apps. Also deleted cache and cookies data and still no luck.

Has anyone else experienced this? Way round it?
