Return from Ireland
Hi. I sold 3 products (fishing-chest waders) to a customer in Ireland. They were delivered at 30 May with UPS. I paid all customs (by the way I locked Ireland now)
Today, Amazon Auto-authorised return of one of them (Return Reason: Wrong item was sent, Buyer Comment: Size incorrect)
I would like to ask you to help me with this return.
Should I send prepaid label ? What about customs.?
Maybe ask customer to keep item and give him huge discount?

I am a bit confused because when I want to make full refund Amazon wants me to add postage (10.58)
It looks like they generated the postage label.

Could someone explain why there is Return shipping cost 10.68 if Amazon did not create label?
How much time I have to create label?
I asked customer if he got Amazon label but no answer.
I can create my own return label with UPS (i sent) but it looks I have to pay again customs this way back

OK so final question. Should I provide prepaid label if there are 10.68 Return shipping? Or should I wait for my item and refund all (with shipping from this form)?

UPDATE.
The customer has just said he got the label from Amazon. So it looks like Amazon creates returns labels from Ireland (Republic) and it is cheaper if I would do it on my own. UPS charges 17 pounds.
How could I know it? There is no information in my return page (in Postage label details:Label Type:Address label only)
Does Amazon do it from all EU?

Yes I received and have now sent this.
Additionally, there is Return shipping 10.68 in Additional refunds/charges of this refund.
So it looks like Amazon created something, but still I don’t know which shipping company
