Please Help. Not Feature Offer Eligible All FBM Listings
All my FBM listings are not Feature Offer Eligible, even though all my metrics and prices are fine. I have had calls and chats with Customer Service multiple times due of this issue and no one really understood what Iām going through until today. The rep recognized there was an issue with my account and run a troubleshoot.
He said I was Feature Offer Eligible now for all my FBM listings. However, nothing happened. Please can any moderator help me?

To give customers the best possible shopping experience, sellers must meet performance-based requirements to be eligible to compete for Featured Offer placement. This means that not all sellers may be eligible for the Featured Offer. I won't be able to provide any details on how this selection is determined beyond the information provided in the Become the Featured Offer help page.
At this time, I have initiated an internal review of your Featured Offer Eligibility for the products mentioned in case 16722755041. I won't be able to give details on the results but I will indicate when the review is complete.
