I signed on 28 Feb and submitted all the required documents but after 22 days my account is still pending verification how much time does Amazon take for verification I emailed so many times but still my account is pending verification

Hi- is there anyone on Amazon that can help with this? We submitted multiple documents over a month ago for our UK account over a month ago. We submitted all documents and bank statements that reflect the company that our UK account is registered to. initial verification was working correctly. again i have received the notification for upcoming call next during 3 days for verification documents , still no response from Amazon verification team after 20 days. he is hurt and disappoint to seller, we are invested with your platforms, i have sent regional all documents, but is again and again verification. the account is on hold, at least should return seller's fund if Amazon is not satisfied from the seller and after can block account. Amazon should be policy fair with the seller related verification process.

I've made multiple attempts to reactivate my Amazon seller account. After being asked to submit verification documents, I received the following response:

*"We were unable to verify information related to your seller account or did not receive any new information regarding your listings or selling history."*

I have already submitted all the required documents for verification, yet my request keeps failing, and I'm repeatedly asked to provide new information—which I have done several times.

At this point, it feels like I’m just getting automated responses without clear instructions on what specific information is missing. Has anyone successfully reached Amazon Seller Support for a similar issue? Any advice on how to get a real response and escalate this matter?,
