Missing pallets at CDG7 Senlis CEDEX
Has anyone shipped pallets to this centre in France recently?
It seems that while the full shipment of pallets get delivered and stamped by Amazon at this place, only part of the shipment gets unpacked. The stuff that doesn’t get unpacked turns out to be all on the same pallet, i.e. one that has just vanished into thin air.
Getting Amazon to investigate this and eventually provide reimbursement seems very difficult. Amazon make it feel like it’s your fault, rather than showing an attitude of sympathy for stock they have misplaced.
Anyone have similar experiences?

We haven’t been able to ship pallets due to ridiculous restock limits. One pallet is 200% our restock limit.
Did you check your restock limits before sending pallets? If you’re over they will not accept your goods.

I shipped to the same FC (CDG7) two small boxes one month ago - with a few days time interval, they were quickly and successfully delivered by UPS. However, the warehouse did not check in them yet - more than two weeks passed. (A week before these shipments, I shipped the same package with same nr. of items, everything went very well.)
Seller Support is unfortunately not helpful in such situations. I opened cases, but I had only automatic answers…
