Inventory stolen though FBA removal orders

We were trying to find out which of our user's account exactly created those FBA removal orders in which they stole our inventory, but the case support couldn't give us any leads.

Is there any way to deal with this matter? Is there any department we can contact within Amazon?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Have you found the removal orders? If so, does the shipping to address give you any clues as to which user created the removal order?
