Sending 3 different case packs in one box?

Why is Amazon so confusing?

I’m sending one box containing:
3 different case packs of similar products but each case pack is a different colour.

Is the Item Pkg. Type in the shipping work flow:
Individual products
or
Case-packed products

Logic says its Case-packed products but the explanation in help is confusing ?

No, I think your reading it wrong.
It’s simple.
Case packed is like a manufacturer case pack. ie. 1 case of 24 units.
Individual packed, is like a multipack. Ie. 3 different cases of 24 units. etc.

A case that they are referring to, is the actual box that is being sent, rather than the boxes inside the box that is being sent. Fairly logical when you think about it.
