My store has been suspended for a long time. I Tried a lot to make my store
reactive. But not reactive

That depends on what you were suspended for. If it was for Counterfeit items or dropshipping violations, the money would have been used to refund your customers.

Additionally you can review our funds withholding policy in seller central, which offers our disbursement appeals team email and instructions on inquiring about funds.
