Amazon Changed Product Category Search Node for ASIN

So, we were having a massive increase in sales earlier this month and all of a sudden Amazon just randomly decided to change our search node to a different category. After this, our sales volume and sales ranking has tanked (we were ranked around top top 10 in our previous sub category of power tool stands under home improvement (ranked closer to 30,000 for HI) and now we are ranked close to 20,000 in building supplies but still under home improvement (but our rank overall has dropped to 244,000 in HI).

Clearly this new category that amazon has placed us under is horrible for this product and we had an issue like this before and it was resolved quickly after a phone call with Amazon, but this time Amazon brand catalog team is persisting that the category Amazon placed us in is the best in their opinion (it seems they changed their policies regarding being able to change this stuff again).

I sent evidence over as a dispute to their decision (close to my 15th time contacting them) and this time they approved of the change and agreed with the assessment we made that "building materials" was not working for our product (case ID: 15841640171). They said they would change the search node category and Best seller ranking in 3 days, but after 3 days nothing happened. I recontacted the support team to get this situation resolved and they assured me that the change had been approved and that they would look into it to make sure my category change was processed properly. I got an email again from a different Amazon Brand Registry person today telling me that he had decided to reject my request to product category change (it was obvious he didn't even bother to look into the previous conversation and evidence I had sent), so I am now stuck again trying to get my browse node changed again.

Can someone help me get this issue resolved (I created another new case ID: 15896501041), this has been going on for too long and it is costing us thousands in sales and has dropped our product ranking by over 200,000 this month.

Just checking to see if a Seller Forums mod can jump in and help me out with this issue.

Good Evening @Seller_edYdDFBD91Sue,

Apologize for the delay on getting back to you. I see that you closed out CASE ID 15896501041. Did you still require assistance with figuring out why your browse nodes changed and should be changed back to their original state?

Please advise when you have a chance. Look forward to hearing back from you soon.

Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
