Anyone else receiving blank emails from vfe-campaign-response@amazon.com?

Morning all,

Been receiving blank (grey background) emails from vfe-campaign-response@amazon.com for a while now and wondered if anyone else is receiving them?

Contacted seller support who said they are spoof emails and to send them as an attachment to stop-spoofing@amazon.com which I have been doing and then get a reply saying “In all likelihood, the message you received was not sent to you by Amazon.com…”.

When trying the forward the emails however, they clearly show items you have looked on Amazon and display the following message:

Are you looking for something in our Car Accessories store? If so, you might be interested in these items. The listings are then shown beneath this message.

Amazon assume the email address is spoof (because its blank) but clearly it isn’t so now wondering if the lack of sales is linked to this issue and buyers are simply deleting these messages (because they cannot see anything) instead of clicking and following the link to the items.
