Deferred payments missing transaction
Since, the new implementation of the New Payments report page launched for deferred transactions.
I had 4 Deferred transactions that was pending payment for another couple of weeks. Then when I check today they have simply disappeared.
I have open a case and then Amazon closes the case stating no outstanding deferral payments pending… When I reopen that case Amazon state that they apologize for a technical issue that has changed the functionality of seller accounts.
Has anyone else has Deferred transactions simply disappeared?
Is there any way that you can run a report to see Deferred transactions and there Payment release date?
Any help is appreciated.

Are these for orders paid via invoice ?

For what it’s worth i don’t think the page is working correctly since they announced the change a couple of weeks ago. I have never seen an order in there despite having some not being eligible for payment yet.
