Printing Letter labels when buying through Buy Shipping
When we purchase CRL and tracked through ‘buy shipping’, the labels print correctly (portrait). However when purchasing little letters, they print landscape on a portrait label, missing off information.
Has anyone else had this issue? If so any advice?

Quite a lot of people were having this problem, sadly for some reason Royal Mail supply the letter labels to personal customers as landscape. It seems that every other company, except for Amazon, have worked this out and rotate the label to print correctly.
I don’t buy though buy shipping, but is it possible for you to change the orientation of the letter labels - you might have to buy them all together so you can tell your print dialogue to print them landscape, or at a 90 degree rotation
