URGENT: Amazon’s Unfair ASIN Removal – No Explanation, No Appeal, No Support! (Case #17792127881)

Hi there,

I am writing this post out of sheer frustration and concern over Amazon’s increasingly unfair and opaque enforcement actions. My product was suddenly removed with a vague “This product causes a safety risk” notice—no policy violation details, no appeal process, and no human response.

1. Amazon refuses to specify which safety policy was violated.

2. Despite submitting FCC, UN38.3, and MSDS documents, they ignore all evidence and respond with automated messages.

3. Many sellers in the forum report the same issue, yet Amazon does not investigate or reply.

4. Our listings are wrongfully suspended, causing lost sales & inventory penalties, but Amazon does not compensate.

5. My Case (#17792127881) – A Perfect Example of Amazon’s Negligence

Performance Notification: Only says “safety risk”—no further explanation.

What We Demand from Amazon

1. Explain exactly which policy was violated with evidence.

2. Stop hiding behind bots and assign a real person to investigate.

3. Allow sellers to submit documents and get a real response.

4. If Amazon falsely removes listings, they must cover lost revenue.

Call to Action: Let’s Get Amazon’s Attention!

Stop ignoring sellers who follow the rules.

Stop automated suspensions without proof.

Start treating us like partners, not criminals.

This will also be triggered if one or more reviewers expressed safety concerns. Looking at some of the negative reviews for the step stools you still have up, this appears to be a much to common issue.....

Hi there,

I want to emphasize that this issue has now been ongoing for nearly three weeks, and unfortunately, there has been no real progress or resolution from Amazon’s side.

During this time:

I have opened multiple cases regarding the removal of my product listing.

Each time, I received only automated responses, and no case has been truly reviewed by a human agent.

There is still no explanation as to which safety policy was allegedly violated.

I submitted all required documents (FCC, UN38.3, MSDS), yet they were completely ignored.

Most frustratingly, there is no clear appeal process, and I’ve received no opportunity to defend my account or listing.

This lack of transparency and support is not only affecting my business — causing significant sales loss and inventory penalties — but also damaging my trust in Amazon as a platform.

Could you please provide me with a clear update on the status of my case (#17792127881 #17789468091 #17810730441 )?

I would greatly appreciate it if Amazon could:

Assign a real person to review my case and documentation.

I hope to hear back from you soon with concrete information and next steps.
