CROSS-ACCOUNT DEBT ADJUSTMENTS - TOTALLY ILLEGAL
Amazon is no longer a fair marketplace for sellers, day by day it gets worse…
New way to steal : Cross-Account Debt Adjustments.
We are operating all legally in Germany in Amazon DE, has an accountant and reporting and everything, however we rarely sell on Netherlands. Today we say, -5 EUR difference in Netherlands debt is taken from our Germany account .
We can not legally explain this to goverment authorities in Germany because accounting is only for Germany, paying something for Netherlands is outof scope, no invoive nothing.
He said this type of balance adjustments are illegal because we do not actively operating on Netherlands.
any advice ?
