Unable to create new listings
Wondering if anyone else is having the same problem?
I usually create listing manually - which means I can’t actually save the new listing if something Amazon required is missing / not filled in.
However for the past week when ever I create a new listing - I get the usual screen - thank you for submitting - may take 15 minutes etc - but then nothing appears in my inventory.
Sometimes the new listing goes into incomplete and says “Listing requires additional information. Click “Edit draft” to continue.” - however everything is entered - not red marks etc.
Tried opening a case with SS but as expected standard reply - "Upon checking we see that the listing still requires additional information. " - I asked what information is missing but get the same reply!
To clarify the listings are new because the inventory is not in the Amazon catalogue - the products are generic so I give them my own GS1 barcodes. I have been on Amazon for a number of years - so not using anything new or different - just seems to be this week the problem started.

Yes having the exact same problem although we have a custom back end that sends the feed to amazon to create the listing. I have managed to fix some products and get them active (but not all) that have gotten stuck in the incomplete listings by removing the live link from our back end, going into amazon and deleting the listing, clearing cookies and cache and then waiting 30 mins and clicking the product to go live again. The products are still in the incomplete page but are listed and active in our inventory.
This worked up until today, now when I try delete the products from incomplete listings the image and title is removed but the SKU and batch id is still there and will not delete. Which prevents the re-listing of the product.
