Just wonder if anyone cares to offer an opinion on two points.

Firstly I keep getting " Listings de-activated due to potential high pricing error" this seems to come & go in waves, no take downs for a couple of weeks, then several in a week. Just had one now with close on a 100 removed. But it makes no sense because whilst I accept that anyone can make a tpoy sorry typo once in a while there is no way that I would be making as many as Amazon suggest.

I sell books & there might be one that retails for say £19.99 & they say I had it on for say £158.50 for example. There is far too many to be my errors. Also sometime ago I tried relisting these take downs & could not find them anywhere.

Lastly I see some book dealers selling books at a much higher price than me, granted I can't see how long they have had the listings up.

Also has anyone noticed that Amazon have now added a section at the foot of listings, for example I am selling a new book & they have added a check box in the listing that says "Buy used cheaper" giving the potential buyer the opportunity to steer away from my listing even when they're looking at it, if things were not bad enough!

Its been over a month now my account has been deactivated. SO in march this year i have sold 40 units of one item and got 1 complaint from a customer about authenticity of my product. Amazon have asked me invoices which i have provided but amazon have rejected the invoices and said the dont have enough information. So instead i did send a acknowledgement to amazon to get rid of this violation and didnt sell this product again and after acknowledge amazon have taken down my listing. In july this year i was going through my inventory page and saw that inactive listing and have deleted it. just because i deleted it amazon thought i have updated the listing so they have deactivated my account and asked for the invoices. I have the same invoices which i already have provided to amazon in march which amazon have rejected and asked for more. So i called up health team and asked for help because my inventory is sitting at one of amazon warehouse and my account is deactivated in error. I suggest anyone from amazon try to understand my situation i didnt sell that particular product after the acknowledge was sent to amazon in march and i have no plan to sell that item ever again. PLEASE DO CONCIDER MY EXCEPTIONAL CIRCOMSTANCCES AND REACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT.

We are the manufacturer and official brand of the products we sell, and recently we launched a multipack listing with a higher price. The SKU and ASIN for this new product are different from the single-pack listing. However, some of these new products have been flagged for a potential pricing error.

There is no suggested price from Amazon because this is our product, and it was just released—meaning it hasn’t been available on the marketplace before. Despite opening multiple cases and submitting evidence (such as trademarks, business registration, brand website link, etc.), I keep receiving "the responsible team believes the price is too high" as an answer.

I’ve also tried deleting and re-uploading the listings with minimum-maximum and list prices, list prices but the warning continues to appear.

Could anyone please advise on the next steps to resolve this?

I would greatly appreciate any help!
