Problem with listing my first item with a product from Amazon's catalogue

I am having this message in red coming up in to second menu (Offer) when I try to list a product which is selling on Amazon already and I have tried with 3-4 different products so still the same. I did contact the Support team and waiting to see what they will say but I am also wondering if someone had this issue before.

We have temporarily removed your ability to submit listings (creating new offers or new ASINs) because an unusually high number of listings have been created from your account.
