Returnless refund policy not being respected
I sell a product that is fairly low cost to me. Shipping costs more than the product itself, so I set up a returnless refund policy so that items would not be returned as I do not wish to be out of pocket for double shipping charges. However, return labels are still being generated when a customer requests a refund and I am being charged for the cost of shipping. I tried to request a call from seller support but the form is still broken and the call never comes. When I use the chat function I'm told a specialist needs to help, but then when the specialist responds, they refer me to set up returnless refund, which I already explained is in place. This is incredibly frustrating.

I should note that the form to request a call from support is still throwing a 500 Internal Server Error as I reported months ago. There is literally no way that I can request a phone call from support.

I tried scheduling a call for today between 1-1:30pm EDT. No call came. I tried requesting an immediate call and only get errors. It appears that there is literally no way to speak to a human to resolve any issues, and the email responses I get ignore the information I provide about already being enrolled in returnless refund.

Hello @Seller_OiRuxVSLehTcr
Thank you for visiting the seller forums. I will take a look at the issue through the related case(s) if you will provide me with the Case Number(s).

It is just disrespectful how a multi-billion dollar company treats their sellers

Check your PAYMENTS tab. For the rest of us, you do NOT get charged for the Return Shipping Label UNTIL the label is scanned by the Carrier.
Even though you show a charge being generated under the MANAGE RETURNS tab, you will find that these amounts do not appear on your PAYMENTS tab.
In fact, it seems that we do not see the charge for a Return Label until a month after the Return has been resolved (meaning 1-2 Amazon Payment dates).
I would be surprised if you are actually getting debited for these amounts.

I marked the limit to $10. Amazon gave away my money to a customer who got a $16+shipping worth of product. Amazon didn't explain why is that. I spent hours to check where to do the returnless refund amount settings, I cannot find it. I remember it was there, but now it's hidden from sellers? Makes no sense. I spent a long time on the Chat with Amazon employees. They just told me to contact the customer. I told them the customer grabbed the shipment and took it, and ghosted me, pretty much scammed me with the help of Amazon.
Amazon just ignored what I said. Didn't want to give my money back. Not even part of it, just to cover the product worth and shipping. Depressing...

You expect Amazon to value you as Seller and your wishes, or to help you when an issue arises, your so silly!!
