Pick Up issue - Repeated Concern

I am a prime seller - repeated issue being faced - repeatedly facing same issue - 403-6269836-0642763 - this was supposed to be picked up today after 2 pm - no one came . also no one ever comes to pick up after 1:30 pm despite repeated requests - 171-5390250-1407533 - this got cancelled because of no one came to pick up

Exactly same issue, the pickup guy comes once a day somewhere around 11:30 am-12:30 pm & if any order which comes after that for the same day pickup it never gets picked up even after repeatedly calling them to come. All the orders which are 'SECOND DAY' are cancelled & for the rest, a late dispatch rate is imposed which gets reversed after raising it to amazon customer care & by filling up the form.(daily tedious task)

The potential customers are lost because of this, I don't know why amazon is not fixing this basic issue which is encountered by mostly all. Why have slots in first place if someone is going to come once a day? They should revise their easy ship pickup cutoff timing & slot so that it solved for once & for all if these pickup guys cannot come twice.

This is common issue faced by most of sellers , i think amazon should work out on step again and remove matrices on which seller is dependent on third party , also account health must be revised gain with the matrices that are not in seller control ,its really very painful seeing

Account Health At Risk when seller is not responsible for same ,and continuously chasing amazon customer care for the same .

Hope amazon will help sellers to minimize dependency upon third party
