Linked accounts

hi. iv recently set up an account and believed that i linked to another. the other account recieved the order but amazon are requesting for me to ship the product. i went to check if the accountsare linked but i cant. Please help

You cannot Link Seller Central accounts , this is a prohibited policy unless you gain permission to run two accounts prior to opening, the post is not clear, if you have opened two accounts , loaded inventory against these you will be expected to ship the order aginst the account to which it was received.
