how to turn on the vacation mode as i am out of the country and my worker cant keep up the orders

You turn on vacation mode thus:
Seller Central /.Account Info / Store Status (vacation settings)
Know that vacation mode removes your listings from the site but you must still monitor your account daily in case you need to respond to buyer message or deal with return request.
