No response from Amazon Support on Disposal of Inventory

My selling account has been deactivated, with my inventory scheduled to be disposed of by 20th November 2024. I have sent two emails attached with invoices to appeal the return of my inventory.

To date, I have received no response from Amazon in regards to my emails sent on the 7th November 2024 and 14th November 2024.

Will my inventory be disposed of without even considering my information provided?

Can seller support update me as if my emails and invoices were reviewed?

If these are branded items and you don't have a "Letter of Authorization" from the brand owner, Amazon MUST destroy them.

Looking over the situation this is a serious situation surrounding authenticity and intellectual properties.

Title: XPRESS ECOMMERCE RYZE Mushroom Coffee (30 Servings) 6.35 Ounce (Pack of 1)

The concern I was able to identify is shown in the title where the brand of the product is not being properly represented. The brand of this product is "RYZE" creating an infringement concern. Due to this we will require valid sourcing documents to verify they were sourced from a brand authorized wholesale distributor, and that you and your store have a letter of authorization to use the brand this way.

Since this is a concern of both authenticity and intellectual properties, the inventory may not be eligible for removal as mentioned by @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC.

post.I sold all the above mentioned 'RYZE' inventory before Amazon deactivated my account. I bought my inventory direct from the manufacturer website of which I provided Amazon with email correspondence, receipts and bank statements showing proof of my purchase of which have been rejected.

My remaining inventory (a total of 22 Asins) have been cease by Amazon and label for disposal even though I have sent receipts and invoices by email twice (7th & 14th of November 2024) to Amazon ( inventory-appeals@amazon.com ) to appeal return of my inventory, to date Amazon has not responded to my appeal emails but are also charging me for storage.

At this stage I don't know if my inventory has been disposed. I have made several appeals since August 2024 without sucess of my account reactivation and appeal return of remaining inventory without an answer from Amazon.
