Bank account verification. Bank account doesn’t match name

Hi, anyone can help me with this.

I am living in UK and recently opened a amazon seller account under my name. They now asked for the bank account verification. I submitted my HSBC bank statement. However, it is failed and the reason is :

The account holder’s name is missing on the bank account document.
The bank account document is for the wrong individual or wrong bank account.
The account holder’s name on the bank account document does not match the name entered in Seller Central.

This is strange because I used my own bank statements, which definitely has my name on it. The only possible reason I can think of is on the first line of the bank account, it shows the initial of my first name, not the full name. For example, my first name is XUAN, but the first line of the bank statement shows as X. However, in the bank statement, there is a part showing as account holder with my full name. Is this really a mismatch?

I am really confusing now. Could the initial be the problem?

Anyone could help?

Yes. All details should match.

As @Demel says, everything should be a match and since your document is NOT an exact match for the info on Amazon it has been rejected.
You need to have everything line up perfectly to avoid this issue.
