Inventory Stuck in FC Processing for nearly 3 months.PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
Hoping a moderator can help. I've had 222 units stuck in FC Processing since the first week of January. I've opened multiple cases, the latest being CASE ID 14882024861. On 3/5/24, I thought someone had finally been able to help me, as the items moved from FC Processing to FC Transfer, only to have them moved back to FC Processing the very next day. I've followed up several times with Seller Support, but I keep getting the same programmed responses, which never lead anywhere. This item is one of my biggest sellers. I don't have the money to buy new more from the vendor, as this stranded inventory has put a huge strain on my cash flow. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to help. Understand this can be a frustrating situation for sure. I can see that Seller Support did provide accurate guidance on the case you provided.
Upon, investigation 30 units are in FC transfer and 217 in FC processing
So units which are under FC transfer, you can view the transshipment from the "Inventory Ledger report".
The date/time when this transshipment needs to arrive at the Destination FC, at the latest date is 2024-03-19(March 19, 2024) 02:34:00 to be precise.
Please wait until 2024-03-19 02:34:00. Units should be out of FC processing and Transshipment by maximum 2024-03-19(March 19, 2024) 02:34:00. If still units are not moved , then you can get back to us for further assistance and unfortunately, this process cannot be expedited.
