FC XAEE is not availiable for FBA Shipments

Hi Amazon Partner/Everyone,

We’re encountering an issue while trying to create FC XAEE FBA shipment plans. The following error appears:

"This product must be removed from the shipment because there are currently no fulfillment centers in the destination country capable of receiving the product."

Previously, we shipped multiple large-size shipments successfully, and our assigned fulfillment center (FC) was XAEE. However, upon contacting support, we were informed that XAEE is currently unavailable for receiving shipments.

We’ve already initiated a case with Amazon support, but unfortunately, it has been over a month without resolution.

Is anyone else facing a similar issue with larger shipments? If so, how are you managing it? Any advice or workarounds to ship to XAEE under FBA would be greatly appreciated.
