I submitted my request for brand registry, I noticed that the related case status changed to "Answered case", but the status of my brand registry application still reads "Pending Review". I did receive a email with a resolution for the case number but no information was contained it was simply a did i solve your problem (Yes or No) . I applied for an Italy VAT number using VAT Services on Amazon in April and received the VAT registration within a week, completing the process within the same month. However, my Amazon VAT Services account still shows the application status as "submitted." I have updated the VAT number in the Amazon portal, but the status has not changed. Because of this, I am facing issues with applying for VAT registration for new countries and filing my returns

We have products that should state "Not in Scope" next to the HFSS status on the product listing, and it has been locked with an incorrect valuation of the product, stating less healthy. With this incorrect setting, it means we can run any advertising. Does anyone know how to get this locked status changed? I've been to Seller Central, and they have so far suggested I delete my product listing, wait 24 hours, and re-list it. I'm not keen on this method, as listings can be tricky to add when you're in the supplement world, so I would life to find an alternative route.
