I recently got my brand registered but two new seller incentives are not activated and they are expiring tomorrow.

I recently got my brand approved but "Register as a Brand Registered Seller" and "Adopt Amazon Vine" have their statuses of "Not Enrolled" in the New Seller Incentives dashboard. There is a "Register" button at the bottom of each of them that takes me to registering my brand which I did and it's approval already.
The initial reply to this issues said if I'm qualified then they will show active. My brand is approved and qualified for the full benefits according to the brand registry page. I don't know what else I need to be qualified.
Those inactive incentive are expiring tomorrow because it took half a year for the brand registry team to approve my brand.
