Prime Day Sale - Order Defect Rate

My order defect rate is 0% still when I try to schedule the prime exclusive discount then it shows the error as high order defect rate more than 1%. Because of this I am not able to schedule the PED. I have contacted seller support and the account health support but everybody is saying that they do not have any answer for this. This problem has been going on for more than 10 days. Please help me urgently as the Prime Day sale is going to start in few hours.
