Payment dashboard statement not updated after 17/09/24

I have noticed , payment dashboard statement has not been updated after 17/9?
All the items sold and despatched on 18/09 by fba are not showing up in the statement? Has anyone else faced the same issue? If so has anyone got in touch with support?

We have the same problem. Just called support and they had no clue about it and said they are going to escalate the case. I am sure others have the same issue and must be to do with the latest changes they rolled out to the dashboards.

Same here as of the 17th - The story is we opened a case and received a phone call from someone in Germany!
The disbursement amount stays the same with slight changes as you make refunds.
The Account level reserve is static absolutely no change as you ship orders.
A 'Deferred transactions' amount appears close to the top of the page. This amount builds as you ship orders but they only appear 24 hours later which is very disconcerting.
Now we have had a disbursement the old 'account level reserve' becomes the 'net proceeds figure' and is falling as we make refunds. Thats normal though
The account level reserve is now a big fat zero - which is not normal as it stays zero.
We think that the D+7 policy kicked in on our account on the 17th. Which is also strangely the day we received the thtreatening email alot of got about account 'discrepency'. This lead to us having to re verify our account (2nd time this year).
We think/hope that as we hit the 25th (which seems to be when these deferred payments start to be released) the money will trickle back into the account level reserve.
Or something else happens....
Who knows but D+7 is to ensure we all have enough funds to cover chargebacks/A-Zs and other fees or charges. Thats on top of the fact we only receive a pay out every 2 weeks.
We believe that D+7 was applied to our account on the 17th. The nice lady from Germany said it has been applied to our account but she could not see when it was applied.
In theory once the first 7 days is up the money starts to appear again. One thing that we find a bit weird is any items shipped disappear from any payments owed for a full 24 hours.

hi, just seen your post, yes something really strange with my statement, showing no transactions between 12th and 18th sept, so no sales revenue, huge drop in income, and no amazon reserve kept. It is really odd. I have flagged to Amazon, they could not explain, awaiting a response. will post if i get an update.

None of our dispatched items are being added to account level reserve. They vanish into thin air. So should we stop selling on here as I am not sure we are going to get paid? Crazy.

What is everyone's 'Sales' showing for the previous couple of disbursements? Mine says I only made sales of £5.78 between 20/09 - 23/09. Obviously completely incorrect and doesn't tally with what the transactions for that period show.
The current statement for 23/09 - 24/09 shows sales of £6.82??
This is affecting my VAT recording as well as being utterly confusing?

Yes its very strange, I had to put the account on holiday mode until we work this out. After dispatching all of our orders last night I noticed no change to the balance.

It is because all payments are now deferred until the customer agrees that they are happy with their purchase, as soon as the customer is happy with their purchase, your balance is updated.

Something strange is going on with my payment dashboard, the sales numbers are nowhere near my actual sales numbers and its causing a huge headache trying to figure it out!

We have the same issue. Missing transactions from 11 September - 19 September but Orders are shown in the All Orders Report.
