Turn off Prime and Premium Shipping

Is there an option to turn off Prime and One Day Premium shipping? We will be away from the warehouse for the weekend and do not want our Prime/Premium shipping metrics to be affected.
We preferably do not want to deactivate the listings for the weekend.

Can’t advise on Seller Fulfilled Prime - but any Premium Shipping options are simply unticked on your Shipping Templates.
