Payments not coming into bank account
Amazon has now made to payments into my bank account and neither has been credited. When speaking to ENBD, they need a MT103 (swift copy) to investigate further. The Amazon team have been nothing short of useless in addressing the concern. They keep giving me the trace ID which is of no use to the bank. I have requested a MT103 about 20 times now (I kid you not) and still the same response. Even their 'leadership' team come back with nothing useful.
Looking like I will have to cease all investment and trading, I cannot keep putting money in if I'm physically not making anything in return because you're not willing to share proof of transfer. Bizarre way of providing support to your selling partners.
