Read onlyAccount completely locked due to this error, including no access to contact Amazon Seller Support. Our account has been deactivated following an issue with product authenticity that we have been struggling to resolve since March.
As it has been outstanding for so long, we have some monies outstanding which I have requested a disbursement request.
To validate the disbursement request we had to confirm our charge method, in doing so we received an Invalid Charge Method against the pl market place.
Now we cannot get past the Invalid Charge Method despite entering a valid card and details. We are completely stuck - cannot get rid of Invalid Charge Method error and this has stopped us from getting access to Account Health and proceeding with our reactivation submission. @Julia_Amzncan you help at all?
