I am waiting for my German VAT number to arrive. Im thinking of doing Pan EU but I dont understand really. I am currently selling in the UK from my UK FBA storage. Can i send products to store in Germany under PAN EU? Or do I need to ship my products myself to Germany FBA centers? If so, what is the point of PAN EU?

Any clarification is great. Ive read all the docs, Still dont get it as a UK seller.

We are an outside EU seller. I am applying for UK VAT through a representative, Singularity, which is a service provider recommended by Amazon. However, they have not performed well; they just can’t provide me with the required documents. The whole company is unresponsive. I doubt they are even conducting business.

My seller account is currently on hold because I cannot provide the VAT documents for the extension. What should I do? Can I withdraw the application if I remove all the FBA inventory in the UK (nothing has been sold, only one return)?

we buy goods from a wholesaler in the EU and want to sell on FBA in another EU country. What criteria do we have to meet? What does customs clearance look like? VAT refund?
