FBA Shippment - small boxes into one big outer carton help
Hi there,
I hope that someone can help me to sort out this issue as I did not get any “clear” information about this subject.
What I am planning to do is to ship to FBA Amazon over 14 different items (each with unique FNSKU) How do I want to pack it?
14 small boxes.
Each box will contatin either 10 or 12 items of the same unique FNSKU.
All of 14 boxes will contatin different SKU’s / FNSKU of course.
Than all of 14 boxes I want to put into one BIG outer carton.
Which shippment method I should choose, is it individual packaging or case-packed?
Why I am asking because las time when I did choose individual and put an label on each single products (inside the small boxe) as well as on Small boxes with info about the QTY (how many units are inside) Amazon Staff only scanned the label on the small box and that’s it.
Basically they did not even open any single small boxes to see what’s inside… the result is that they lost my products somewhere so I want to avoid the same situation again.
Anyone can help me sourt it out? Any solution?
Regards
Krystian

Hi you have 2 options
Case packed - multiple boxes of one sku inside one bigger box.
Individual packed - loose, they will need to have EAN or FNSKU on the packing.
The 2nd sounds best for you but you need to make sure you don’t go over the maximum box size I think it’s 62cm square and weight 23kg I believe.
