As of 05/04/2025, my released balance has not been credited to my account.
Micro-deposits are being deposited into my account with regularity. My account has been approved, yet the funds have not been transferred. For a period of sixteen days, I have not had access to the money in my account.
I have contacted the payments-investigate@amazon.co.uk team via email and have not yet received a response. my balance is not there at all
