Good day, I hope you are well. Last year we change our company name and that was approved by company house uk and issue us only document incorporated change of name. But on 14 feb amazon KYC VERIFICATION popup. Now they want the statute document and the message is

'Business name on submitted Statutes should be new company name

Submitted Statutes should contain Articles of Association and a share allotment document (statement of Capital/ Annual return/ share register)'

Now we have incorporated model articles document but on my old company would i submit that.

If you are unsure what a Statute Document is – I was – it can be found on the Companies House website. Go to your company profile – then under the ‘More’ tab download the ‘company information snapshot’ pdf.

Upload the pdf to Amazon and you should be verified within 24 hrs.

Amazon is currently asking me to provide statutte document but i dont know what is it and how can i get that. I have limited company in the uk so whick document do i need to submit and where can i get them from ?
