you can download it from the same page from where you have download fba box label.

As Delivery Challan or you can ask your accountant to generate Stock transfer

If you have used the ATS service, you do not need to download the stock transfer invoice, but you can find it from where you have downloaded the shipping labels.

If you are using 3rd party service, you need to create your own invoice.
