Search Results Wrong On Mobile/App

Hi

Is anyone having an issue where the search results on mobile/app are very different to the results for the same keyword on PC?

I understand there are slight differences in search ranking on mobile compared to PC, but for one my main search terms there are multiple unrelated products above my product & my competitors products.

I have contacted Amazon, and I suspect it may just be a “glitch” however it has not been resolved after 4-5 days now.

It would be useful to know if anyone else is experiencing this issue/has previously experienced this issue, and if there is anyway to resolve the issue quicker.
