Hallo ,
Wir haben ein Problem. von Amazon erhielten wir eine Benachrichtigung im Seller Central, dass das Konto aus Gründen der VAT gesperrt wurde. Und das, obwohl unsere Wir hatten noch nie Lagerbestände in Deutschland und nutzen kein FBA.
Wir haben die Mail erhalten:

Thank you for your email.
Your DE VAT number has been verified and your account is compliant with the German VAT obligations.
However, your account is still temporarily deactivated due to other pending issues.

Der Verkäuferparner-Support und der Account Health Support haben unser Konto überprüft und konnten ebenfalls nichts finden. Alle Fälle werden an ein anderes Team weitergeleitet

I understand that your VAT has been verified but that the account still have pending issues.
Can you please confirm if you were able to reach the Account Health Team through the link that was provided in the notification to get further details on the account?
In case the issue is still present on the account, can you please provide information if you have received any other notification related to your account being inactive?
