I understand you had an A to Z claim, but you sent a return label to the customer and asked to withdraw the complaint.

I see that the buyer hasn't withdrawn the claim for the order ending in 1060, my suggestion is that you wait for the return and the buyer to withdraw the claim. If this doesn't happen in the next days, please go ahead and appeal the claim before it gets closed, we won't be able to continue appealing the claim's decision after it gets closed.
