Read onlyGood afternoon all,
Over the past week or so, we have had multiple orders for the same product being purchased. This doesn't sound suspicious until you take into account yesterday we had 4 claims for non delivery, all from the same ASIN, all saying 'i never got the product', even though tracking and co-ordinates and photos showing delivery has been made.
2 A-Z claims attempted to date now.
What also makes this obvious is the product they have purchased, is from ASIN - B08T1HR5CS, Amazon make over 30k+ sales per month @ £19 or so, we are on this ASIN selling for £22.50, multiple different sellers cheaper than us.
Secondly, the buyer uses the same threatening power phrases in broken English across all the orders in all communication.
Unfortunately as we know, common sense like this isn't Amazon's forte. I have contacted seller support who just say 'dispute the A-Z claim on each order', not understanding that this is a larger picture scale, not order by order.
I have reported the 4 separate orders via 'report abuse', but you can only report each individual order and not as a collective, which is paramount for Amazon to understand in this situation.
From what we can understand, this person will 'sell' the product on eBay, they will drop ship the product from Amazon, claim non delivery for a refund from Amazon, making a profit from the sale from eBay. This example product is being sold well under priced on eBay but i can imagine this is happening across multiple different sectors.
What do we do from here? We seem to be waiting here just for the next A-Z claim to come through, for us to dispute and probably lose, which encourages these fraudsters even more.
This could potentially have a repercussions regarding our account, we (as sellers) all seem to be telling Amazon right in front of their faces their platform and policies is built for fraud, and no where have they created an area where we can report this on a bulk basis for them to investigate.
Any advice on the matter would be appreciated, thank you.

Hello! @Ink_Trader_Ltd
This is Roberto. I know you created this thread a while ago, but I wanted to follow up and ask you for additional details.
Are all the orders in question from the same buyer? Can you please share the case ID that has all the details around this issue?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Regards,
Roberto
