Feedback as a private seller
Hi there, I am a private seller . Is it possible to see my customers feedback? all I can see is customer voice which says good or excellent with numbers beneath but is there any way to see their actual feedback about my posted items ? Thank you in advance

4thought, thanks for your reply. You are right , sometimes RM don’t update their website , I have to wait to see what happens although I checked their web site and phone them regarding tracking this particular item . Now with the help of you kind people that care and take time to help other sellers I’m sure that there is nothing to be worried about . Again thank you all you nice people that answered my questions and helped me through this.

The quickest way to see your feedback is to check your Amazon profile page (you can find the link against any of your items listed on Amazon):
In seller central you should have a link to:
Customer Feedback
and beneath that:
This table displays the corresponding feedback percentages and feedback counts. See how your feedback displays to buyers on Amazon.

I think when Amazon removed the ability to leave feedback directly for them (which was at 89% the last time I saw it, before they removed it to show as ‘Just Launched’ as if they are a brand new seller) was the demise of it.
If they don’t feel it’s important for them, why do they use it as a metric against us?
