We’ve been sending into FBA for a few months now and no issues. Yesterday we created a new listing and converted it to FBA. Today we want to send in stock so have gone to the usual send stock screen. We select seller labels but when we go to the next screen it says labelling required followed by “Item labels are not required for the products in your plan. Click Continue.”… Only if we change the top tab to all products does it allow us to manually print the labels… any idea’s why it’s not forcing us to label the items? (Not a small and light item)

The messages which was displayed to you simply indicates that the listing is commingled, based on your current settings and no additional labeling is required.

Item labels being required depends entirely on the category you are selling in and also whether or not you chose to select stickered or commingled inventory when you first converted the listing into to FBA.
