You have been found to be related to an account beginning

Hello there,

My account got deactivated because they found it related to another account. We do not have any other account on Amazon. We already sent a bunch of documents multiple times but got the same response that they do not have enough information to reactivate our account. Please help! What documents and actions do we need to get our account reactivated? Thank you.

Thank you for the information regarding the impact to your account. I understand that our team has found an association between your account and another that is being operated on the platform. When you received the initial messaging, did you recognize the name of the other account? Have you taken any steps to identify where the association has occurred?

This situation occurs when there are shared indicators between two accounts or marketplaces and one of them experiences a disruption. In this situation, you would need action to be taken to resolve the issues impacting the associated account to resolve the current account concerns. Once you can confirm the resolution, you can submit an appeal to get your situation reviewed.

If you identify the issue as having been due to a previous association, you will need to identify the duration or timeline of the relationship along with what specific details were shared between the accounts. Our team will require a sufficient explanation to be provided alongside supporting documentation to properly review the situation. If they cannot verify the details or it does not align with what our team is seeing, they will reject the submission.

We encourage you to continue to refer to this thread with any future questions or updates you have on this situation so we can continue to understand and provide guidance.

Best,

Atlas
