Batch Of negative feedbacks killed my business in 2 days
I had 100% feedback for years, Jan 2nd 2023 I had 4 negative feedbacks, score went south to 71%. This was hard to believe. Jan 3ed, three A to Z claims from those 4 negative feedbacks. I disputed all 3 and I won all 3 claims. Buyer made 5 low price orders on Nov.19th 2022, all order within 30 minutes window, all 5 different addresses in US, 3 packages were returned due to NO SUCH NUMBER dated Nov.22,2022. Buyer did not make any contacts for any issues. Buyer waited 6 weeks to leave feedbacks and to filed A to Z claims. 2 orders were delivered, both had bogus names were delivered. Shipping labels were purchase thru Amazon.
Buyer gave poor quality feedback, my account health is in deactivation stage. My sales are down in double digits. I contacted Seller central by mail with evidence, I called more than 30 times, calls are getting transfers without any progress. Amazon’s agents are thru out the globe, same script, same story, same loop. Today is Jan.21, 2023 no changes are made on my account, lost off sales due to those 4 feedbacks, account health in danger, loss of sales.
Is there anyone out there can give any advice? suggestions? past experience?

We can flag a Forum Manger to look into this, do you have a case number, if so post it here so the Mod can look up your case.
The 4 negative feedbacks are they all from the same buyer or do they show different buyer names?
What does the feedback say on the 3 orders that were undeliverable?

Not sure who you called 30 times but it wasn’t SS as they don’t have a phone number.
Have you requested feedback removal through the feedback manager?
If the feedback is delivery related and you purchased shipping on Amazon should strikethrough it

I advice you not to loose your time and call. Try to remove them if they are removable. If not, nothing you can do just keep selling to wash them out. I do not believe your account is at risk if you had 100% feedback so far and this is only an exception.

Something similar happened to us. No one leaves positive reviews when things go right. So one bad review, and you’re sunk. It would be nice if Amazon would do a better job to encourage people to leave 3rd party seller reviews for all transactions. It seems like you could sell 10,000 good experiences, but on 10,001 usps puts the package in the neighbor’s post box, and because none of those 10,000 left any review at all… you’re sunk.

Not to pour salt in your wound… but, in each negative feedback, keep an eye on the order for indications of a full refund. Every negative feedback I have resulted in a full refund. I had no communication with any buyer. Out of the blue, negative feedback (2 were different products (I sell no milk (sorry it was old) or dresses), but the account shows a full refund. I got a partial refund from safe t. But, getting a non removable feedback is bad enough. When they get totally refunded it creates a pattern that most likely will be repeated. Bad feedback = full refund without return? Sounds like it is already spreading around.

I don’t have any advice, but I just want to wish you the best of luck. I know bogus negative reviews or feedback hurts, as we have had a few very suspicious ones too recently.

Keep an eye on those listings being affected, you may even want to remove yourself from them. We went through a similar situation, but worse this past fall. Not sure if it was a competitor or some kind of scheme, where the “buyer” had us ship to addresses not lived at, the name on the package was of an elderly or even dead person. None of the ship to names ever matched the name on the account, every order was placed with a different account, and we probably had 3 dozen of these among 2-3 ASIN here on Amazon. Every time, they would open an A to Z claim and send some cookie cutter/ bad English reply looking for a refund, saying that their item wasn’t received. We reached out to an Amazon and the reps here on the forums. These reps just isolated the conversation from the forums, said they would look into it, then ghosted us. Sorry, but Amazon doesn’t seem to care that vetted sellers are being ripped off right and left, even when you have mountains of evidence.

Ten years ago, we had a similar event caused by one buyer who used us to drop ship for his to different addresses. 52 negative feedbacks came in on the same day. All from the same buyer, sent to 52 different people, all claimed to be not as described. Of course, the buyer never did see any of the products because none of them were ever sent to his own personal address. But were they sent to address of confederates working with him? We didn’t know, and still don’t know.
Ten years ago, there was a seller support team that really worked. The data on the feedback clearly show this was an abuse of the system buy one person, and the 52 negatives were removed the next day, noticed I said removed, not with a strike thru, but removed from the feedback count. Not sure if you can get that service today.
