AMAZON BOT IS A JOKE

Amazon is a joke bruh they had my account deactivated 4 times since March and activated it whenever they felt like activating it. every single time i ask to provide any evidence or something to prove the deactivation. the seller's sport is another joke. they have no Inappropriate Commentary: [Moderator Edit: removed inappropriate commentary]  experience or know how to help the seller issue. now they have deactivated my account again the reason they said is they are unable to verify my credit card. and when i check my credit card info its up to date with no issues. The Seller support have never answer or helped. they should update their AIanswered bot at least.

Just a question, but is your credit card a valid credit card and not a debit card?

Is it a valid major credit card attached to a bank account rather than a debit card?

Is the name on your card identical to the name on your account AND your ID? If there are any variations. For example John J Smith on one and John James Smith on the other.

If you are facing deactivation for a different reason, please share why the account has been deactivated. I understand you have mentioned an issue with your credit card, but was that part of the appeal requirement or was it the reason for the deactivation itself? Please share the performance notification you received when the account was deactivated (with personal information removed) so that we may better assist you.
