After a month of sending all the required documents and completing a video call for ID verification, I received an email from Amazon confirming that everything is fine and that I am now eligible to sell on Amazon. However, five days later, my account was closed because it is still being validated.
In a nutshell, the email from Amazon says I'm good to go, but the information on my seller account states that I still have limited access. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, what should I be doing here?
No additional documents or actions have been requested from me by Amazon. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
